Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us yourself through the contact form or by email: your name, company, email address and the content of your message.
The site uses no advertising cookies and carries no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no external provider when you open the page.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to fulfil the agreement between us. We do not use it for profiling and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Business correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter according to statutory retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for marketing purposes. The technical providers we use for email and hosting have access only to what they need in order to provide the service, and are bound by data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@logix.solutions and we respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the Information and Privacy Agency.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to our mailbox is protected with a second factor. Client data in our systems is held with immutable copies and role-based access.
